The delivery of learning materials through digital means has become the norm in today’s fast-paced and technology-driven world. Learning Management Systems (LMS) are commonly used for this purpose, but they tend to be structured more for educational purposes rather than corporate training. Skyllfull LLC is developing the technology needed to deliver training optimized for a corporate structure.
Each Training Program is designed for a specific functional role or corporate initiative and can be assigned to multiple users or modified as needed for promotions, demotions, or changes in corporate policies. The invention also maximizes the use of mobile devices for training by incorporating Simulation Lessons that train users on how to perform tasks using a mobile device.
Skyllfull has also developed Screen Replication capabilities. This involves the creation of screen replicas that directly replicate the functionality of the corresponding application screens. Trainees can interact with these screens in a virtually indistinguishable manner, and immediate feedback is provided to indicate whether the interaction was correct. This feature streamlines the creation and management of training sessions, reduces costs and lead time, and enhances the overall training experience.
This is especially beneficial when onboarding a new tool or platform. Training a full workforce on a new system is time consuming and rarely results in a workforce who is comfortable with the technology. The workers are used to the old system, they know the ins and outs and little tricks. Skillful works to improve this adoption process, ensuring workers can train and hit the ground running.
