Atlanta, Florida Patent of the Year – 2024/2025

The Valet Vault LLC has been awarded the 2024/2025 Patent of the Year for its innovation in secure valet storage. Their invention, detailed in U.S. Patent Application No. 20240301744, titled ‘Secured valet vault’, employs reinforced structural design and integrated security features to protect keys and valuables in valet settings.

Traditional valet podiums often lack robust security, making them vulnerable to theft. The Valet Vault addresses this by combining a lockable utility box with a secured storage area, separated by a security plate. The design includes reinforced doors with hinges and a catch mechanism to prevent unauthorized access. An optional illuminated sign enhances visibility without compromising security. The vault can function as a standalone podium or be mounted to a wall, offering flexibility for various environments.

This innovation aims to deter theft and protect sensitive items like car keys and tip money, which, if stolen, could lead to further crimes such as home burglaries. By enhancing the physical security of valet stations, The Valet Vault provides peace of mind for both service providers and customers.
The Valet Vault’s design reflects a practical solution to a common security issue in the hospitality industry. Its adoption could set a new standard for secure valet operations, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding customer property.
