Many pet owners are faced with a common issue: where should they go to the bathroom? Puppies often use puppy pads before they are trained to go outside, while cats use litter bins. Some animals are limited to indoor use based on apartment living. Either way, these bins or pads are often smelly and unsightly. Pet Gear, Inc., a subsidiary of Vermont Juvenile Furniture MFG, Inc., has designed a private enclosure for pets that make cleaning easy and overcome these other limitations.
This pet privy includes a cloth enclosure that covers a frame. And looks like a mini house or square tent. An opening allows your pet to enter when they want. The bottom includes space for a removable bin or pan, similar to a litter bin which could either hold kitty litter or puppy pads. This bin can easily slide out for cleaning purposes, while also trapping any litter that your pet may kick out. The whole enclosure is easily assembled and can be different dimensions for different pet types. The enclosure prevents scent from dispersing through the room and prevents bacterial spread. This design serves to improve the lives of pets and pet owners, bringing a sense of privacy and improving cleanliness.
