Weighted vests are a common method to add weight during a workout. They use sandbags, iron blocks, or weights inserted into the vest. This allows the amount of additional weight to be adjustable but makes it less portable.Kensui, LLC developed a unique vest for use in the gym which overcomes this issue.

The vest is made of military grade materials, with plates positioned to sit across your chest and back. These plates have slits around the edges to allow straps to slip through. The straps hold position with high-grade velcro. The vest can then be adjusted to the user by tightening the straps as much as needed. A removable bolt attaches to the center of each plate, extending out from the body. Weighted plates can then be added to the bolt and secured in place. The bolts are sized to work with any standard gym weights. The removal bolts along with the small overall size of the vest make it lightweight and easily packed into a gym bag.The ease of attaching the weighted plates makes increasing your workout much more attainable.
