The GDA APS Addendum: The Feed the Future Ebola Recover Partnership in West Africa was designed to revitalize the agriculture and lives affected by the Ebola outbreak in West Africa by funding the development and implementation of broad-based food security measures in affected geographical areas. These efforts are an attempt to:

  • Restore food production and availability
  • Support food security-related enterprises to re-establish and grow local businesses and increase economic success
  • Raise nutritional security of consumers

To submit an application participants are required to:

  • Consult with Mission or Bureau/Technical Office
  • Submit a Concept Paper
  • Upon concept paper approval,, submit a full application

Concept papers are expected to have a clear and organized plan outlining assets, expertise, contributions, and resources necessary to complete the project. Applicants must use the Concept Paper template provided on the USAID.gov website. All applications must be submitted electronically through email and written in English. Applicants must be registered with:

  • Data Universal Number System (DUNS)
  • Systems Award Management (SAM)
  • USAID
