Traditional sports bats have often faced limitations in terms of durability. With RezBats’ groundbreaking approach, these limitations are now a thing of the past. Their method involves shaping an elongated piece of wood into a sport bat’s iconic form – a barrel portion for impact and a handle portion for grip. What sets this method apart is the application of a specially formulated wood hardener substance to the shaped surface. This substance profoundly strengthens not only the bat’s surface but also its interior beneath the surface without requiring inferior approaches – like “bone rubbed” and “steel hardened” methods.
The application process is as ingenious as the idea itself. A portion of the wood is immersed into a pool of the wood hardener substance. This allows the substance to penetrate deeply, resulting in a bat that’s not only sturdy but also capable of enduring the rigorous demands of the game.
RezBats’ method is precise and comprehensive. It entails different immersion times for distinct parts of the bat. For instance, the handle and the barrel portions are treated differently. This meticulous approach ensures that the entire bat is uniformly hardened to perfection. The impact of this method is a unified, unyielding force ready to take on any sporting challenge.
