Recently, the company has been granted a patent for their novel electrical power generating system. This system is designed to provide safe, efficient, and adaptable backup, emergency, or supplemental AC power.
At its core, the electrical power generating system incorporates a fuel cell unit and an electrical storage unit. The fuel cell unit boasts a first DC output, while the electrical storage unit is equipped with a second DC output. These outputs are seamlessly integrated into an inverter, resulting in a first AC output.
What sets this system apart is the intelligent use of a contactor, strategically connected between the first AC output and an AC load bus with its own AC voltage. A cutting-edge controller takes the reins, carefully monitoring the frequency and magnitude of the AC output and the AC voltage. When the relationship between these parameters aligns, the controller triggers the contactor, establishing a crucial connection with the AC load bus.
The controller is equipped to communicate with a remote computing device, facilitating seamless control and monitoring. Whether it’s adjusting frequencies, activating or deactivating connections, or providing real-time insights into operating conditions—the possibilities are limitless.
