How to File a Complaint
If you have an issue with our courses or services, please follow these steps:

Submit Your Complaint: Email techsupport@swansonreed.com with the subject line “Complaint Resolution” from the email address connected to your Swanson Reed account. Provide the course name and a clear explanation of the concern.

Acknowledgment: Upon receiving your complaint, we will confirm it within five business days and share an estimated timeline for resolution.

Investigation Process

Review: Our team will carefully examine the complaint. This may involve checking participation records, assessing promotional materials, or conducting an unbiased review of the program in question.
Response: We may contact you for additional details if required. Please ensure you can receive messages from us at the email address used to submit your complaint to facilitate smooth communication.

Resolution
Corrective Actions: If the investigation uncovers non-compliance with NASBA standards or internal policies, we will swiftly take corrective steps and notify you of the measures implemented.
Outcome Notification: You will receive an email summarizing the findings of our investigation and any actions taken. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days.

Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the issue by contacting NASBA directly through their online complaint form, available at NASBA’s Complaint Process.

Confidentiality
All complaints are handled with the utmost confidentiality to protect your privacy and ensure a fair and unbiased investigation.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement.
