EarliTec Diagnostics Secures $21.5M for Groundbreaking Autism Diagnostic Tool
In a groundbreaking development for autism diagnostics, EarliTec Diagnostics, Inc. has secured $21.5 million in Series B financing. Led by Nexus NeuroTech Ventures and Venture Investors Health Fund, this funding will propel the commercialization of the EarliPoint Evaluation and drive further product development efforts.
EarliTec’s EarliPoint Evaluation is a first-of-its-kind tool designed to assist clinicians in diagnosing and assessing autism in toddlers aged 16-to-30 months. Utilizing Social-Visual Engagement technology, it tracks a child’s moment-by-moment looking behavior, providing objective measurements crucial for early identification of autism.
Despite autism’s prevalence, limited access to diagnosis and treatment options poses challenges for families. EarliPoint addresses this gap by offering a personalized, quantifiable, and objective diagnostic tool, empowering clinicians to deliver timely and personalized care.
The Series B funding will further EarliTec’s mission to expand EarliPoint’s commercialization efforts and complete studies validating its efficacy for children up to seven years old. With continued investment and innovation, EarliTec is poised to transform the landscape of childhood diagnostics, ensuring that every child receives the support they need, when it matters most.
