Modern Mouth Startup Creates 3D Education Platform
Getting a quality education is important for many people, especially for healthcare students. Education standards depend on the quality of learning material being used. As dental students themselves, Jules Mann and Cole Bender noticed a gap between current dental needs and the outdated learning material dental students were studying (such as 2D images). To bridge this gap, they developed Modern Mouth, a 3D dental education platform.
The platform is designed to be easy for professors to use and to be integrated into their existing lessons. It includes features like presentation software, moveable anatomical and scientific 3D models, and software consulting, so users can discover its full functionality. Modern Mouth has been an excellent virtual learning resource for students who are distance learning due to the pandemic. Modern Mouth hopes to expand their 3D library to more healthcare students, like nursing and dental hygiene.
